Charitable Contribution
I understand that this donation, in accordance with IRS regulations covering charitable contributions, will not be used for the following purposes:
* To pay for a membership, dinner, or any other activity that provides a benefit to me;
* To support a political campaign;
* To purchase raffle tickets;
* To pay for personal expenses incurred by a relative, including tuition;
* To provide any other substantial private benefit to any individual.
Refund Policy
As a non-profit organization we are unable to provide refunds on donations. Registration fees go towards funding Dragon Boat Raceday. We are not able to provide refunds due to event cancellation for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, illness or unavailability of venue.
Charitable Status
DragonBoat Beaufort is a fund of the COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF THE LOWCOUNTRY (CFL), a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization. CFL are an umbrella organization that manages the non-profit status of many different funds. Transactions may show up on your card statements as being for CFL.
Use of Donation
DragonBoat Beaufort reserve the right to use any donations in any manner we see fit. We are unable to accept donations earmarked for a specific cause or individual.
