I’m a Beaufortonian since the third grade, married to Anna Marie Wiles Buquet since 1968. We have two children and four grands. We’re active members of St Peter’s catholic church and love Dragon Boat Beaufort. It’s definitely the most fun fundraiser I’ve ever done. Growing up in Beaufort puts saltwater in your veins. What better way to encourage your friends and neighbors to join the cause. We’re not just asking for contributions (althought that’s very important) but come out and join in the festivities on race day.
